How it works
Reserve now, pickup in season.
Each product has a deposit that covers processing. You configure your cuts (for lamb) or pick a batch size (for chicken), pay the deposit, and we hold your share. When the animal is processed we weigh it and email you the balance owing, which you settle in person when you pick up your frozen packs.
