About the farm

We raise our flock on pasture in southern Ontario, with hay in winter and an organic grain finish from a neighbour’s farm. Lambs go to a small provincial abattoir; you pick a processing configuration, then pick up your cuts frozen at the farm.

Carcass weights average 35–45 lb. Final price is $10/lb × hanging weight plus processing. Your online deposit covers the processing fee.
