A note from the farm

Small flock. Small barn. Straight answers.

Our lambs graze outside as soon as the grass comes in. Winter hay and an organic-grain finish from a neighbour's farm. Chickens live on pasture in moveable shelters — grass under their feet, bugs in their diet, clean water every day.

Each lamb is processed to your specification — you reserve your share, and come pick up frozen packs at the farm when the batch is ready.
